Onlincer – Pricing of Goods Policy
1. Scope
This Pricing of Goods Policy applies to all digital goods and services offered by Onlincer, including but not limited to website design, custom development, eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and digital marketing solutions.
2. Pricing Determination
- All prices are set based on project scope, complexity, and customization needs.
- Prices may include direct costs (labor, technology, design, integrations) and indirect costs (project management, support).
- Onlincer reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, except for confirmed orders under a signed agreement.
3. Currency
- Domestic clients: Prices quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- International clients: Prices quoted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, or NZD, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Taxes & Duties
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT) unless otherwise stated.
- International clients are responsible for customs duties, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges.
5. Price Validity
- Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
- Verbal estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
6. Scope Changes
Any changes, additions, or modifications to the original scope of work will result in additional charges. Pricing for such changes will be provided in writing before execution.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees such as consultations, third-party licensing, integrations, and setup costs are non-refundable once incurred.
8. Promotional Offers
Promotional or discounted pricing is time-limited and non-transferable. Such offers cannot be applied retroactively.
9. Final Authority
Onlincer’s management retains the final authority on all pricing matters.
